Not a good start

Supposed switch yesterday and Niw TV failed to their job and change over hasn’t happened

Now I am told to wait for 72 hours to hear from 2nd line engineering team

BT confirm line is open waiting to be picked up with nothing preventing Now TV taking the line

Maybe SKy treat Now TV customers as lower priority as didn’t have issues when paying more to SKY a couple of years back

Very poor

Just posted the same problem as you, mine was a migration and the phone works and modem connects but it wont authenticate.

Sounds like their slack engineers as far as I understand authentication is based off the line number not passwords these days guess they forgot to add it to their database
