4 line drops today

How do I get support? I’ve usually got a rock solid fibre connection, but, today the modem has recorded 4 line drops. I think there’s something wrong either line or exchange. Once it’s reconnected, the speed is fine and synced at around 68Mbs.

You can check the service status

https://account.nowtv.com/check-service-status/

and you can get support via live chat or send a message, but I'd recommend giving the broadband team a call to enable them to test your line and hub and see what issues they can find.

 

I think they'll be closed now so you'll probably need to call tomorrow, from 8am I believe. If you don't have the number you should find it on your My Account > My Package page.
