You can check the service status
and you can get support via live chat or send a message, but I'd recommend giving the broadband team a call to enable them to test your line and hub and see what issues they can find.
I think they'll be closed now so you'll probably need to call tomorrow, from 8am I believe. If you don't have the number you should find it on your My Account > My Package page.
