I have just signed up for a free trial Cinema pass. I am able to log on using my iPad and my Laptop. Unfortunately, when I come to log in to my white set top box, it says it it does not recognise an account with my details.
I have tried the the above and watched part of a film on both my iPad and my laptop but the set top box still won’t recognise my account.
I have switched the box off for several minutes and restarted it and still no change. Can you advise?
