I'm trying to log in, it recognises my password then states sign in unsuccesful
This might be caused by one of two things
You don't have multiple NowTV accounts. Do you?

If you're a brand-new customer make sure you have finished all the steps in this Help topic by using a PC

Are you able to sign into any other device?
Can you please sign into a PC/Laptop and try to play content?
Once you have done this can you then try to sign into your NOW TV Box.

@chrisreyno hopefully we know the issue, however it does require you making a change in the router. If you know how to log in to it you need to change the channel it uses from Auto, 12 or 13 to anything else (1, 6 and 11 are the recommended ones).
If you have no idea about changing settings on your router let us know the make and model, plus who your Internet is with and I'm sure someone can provide the steps.
