white now box and new bt hub cannot work out what to do

hi

I recently switched over to a new BT hub and now all I get on now tv is spinning circles of different colours, what do I need to do.

the new bt hub has a different wifi code.

Im not a techy person so need an idiots guide of what to do

Have you gone into the NowTV white box menu settings under i believe System > Network and selected the New BT wifi Network name and enter the wifi password which should be shown somewhere either on a sticker or ID card on the BT HomeHub Router ?
