New to NOWTV and the community...hello all
Had the voucher problem.
checked on here and then emailed NOWTV.
got back to me 5 minutes later, then responded to queriy via email same evening,
then emailed solution ...and it worked...yippee.
Can't recommend the service via email enough..perfect.
and the problem..that dodgy old font/print type
i saw I...but it wasn't an I or an L it was a .....1
but doesn't look like a 'one' at all....
suggest if print IS so confusing they drop adopt letters only with *&^% symbols instead of numbers
to ease confusion.
tl;dr...email help desk....10/10 for service

yep, good to be sorted.
i had looked at that link but tbh, that digit was still an 'I' to my eye...
help desk most useful, now all i have to do is find the time to watch all the stuff that's on offer.
