voucher not working

got a 3month voutcher with box but voucher not working

When you say it's not working .....
Have you actually signed up for Now TV and entered your payment details, these are required steps before you can successfully apply the voucher.
If you have done this, can you tell us what error code you get?

@Anonymous User there is no email with a code, just pick a sports channel and hit play and you'll be asked if you wish to start your pass.

However, if the afore mentioned 'Help Centre' article does not satisfy all your requirements, I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your requirements to them [Just remember to have your proof of purchase information to hand]...

 

The easiest way of contacting 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

You'll need to send us an email with the voucher code or come onto live chat so we can look into this. You can find the email/live chat button by going to contact us and selecting the relevant drop downs.

You'll need to go to contact us and select the relevant drop downs. The button may disappear if all the agents are busy but you can try again by refreshing the page. Alternatively you can send us an email.

We have a 3 month pass which was activated at Christmas and has now stopped working after 1 month. We have re-entered (correctly and several times) the voucher code for the pass.

Our account also says the prepaid periods ends on: 25 March 2014.
