Can you please check if there are any stickers left on the remote? As this disrupts the signal.
If the light on the box itself remains solid and doesn't flash when you press buttons on the remote, it seems your remote is faulty and we'll have to send you another one. Unfortunately this can't be done over Community as we need to ask you some security questions first. Please use our Contact Us page to come through to us directly and select the relevant options from the drop-down menus available.
