now tv box is just spinning 4 circles!

My now tv box has been spinning 4 cicrles for the past 3 days! I don’t know why?! I have done a system reset and I have my router at the same point in my house where it always has been and it’s been working for the past 3 months fine! I can’t watch anything! Help!!

@Anonymous User Is this just with the NOW TV app or every app on the box? Which ISP are you with?

Whilst NOW TV haven't said there's an issue there are a few TalkTalk customers with similar issues discussed in this thread here

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any definite solution, different things have worked for different people and some people aren't sorted at all, it's all a bit of a mess, but I'd suggest reading through the thread and trying  few things out to see if anything works.

 

If not post a reply to that thread so that you're subscribed and get notified of updates.
