new device email

Ive received an email from now TV saying they will replace my white box with a black stick for free.

Is this a real email?

I can confirm these emails are from us, for thoses that are using a white box as their primary device - we're offering a NOW TV Stick.

Do you mean that you have just joined NOW Broadband and the three green lights on the front of the NOW Hub Router is not showing and you was suppose to go live yesterday or something else ?

The e mail I received is saying that they will replace it for £9.99, no mention of a free replacement , also the link on the e mail opens on a blank page.
