error code 100

For over a week Now Tv have been working on sorting error code 100 without success at what stage do they replace the fault box.

start a program we are lucky to get 10 mins when it goes to error code 100

Hi Aaron,

I tried your remidy. It does take several attempts but I have followed your steps and have updated software. Unit paused for a split second but then picked up👍

If there are failings I will be back! Incidentally, I'm watching Terminator!

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

If you haven't done-so already it's good practice to re-boot your router (and ethernet switches) every now and again, as it often helps resolve de-synchronising (data packet) errors, clears RAM build-up errors and even static build-up that can cause 'switching' errors!

 

The standard practice is to disconnect the devices power for around 30 - 60 seconds before reconnecting.

Arron, is nowtv offering any other solutions like refunding or a new replacement box. This nowtv is costing a monthly premium and I’m not impressed with their soliyriins so far. What please if any thing are they going to do about it?
