error code 014

hi, ive tried everything i can think of but cant connect. keep getting error 014 . sorry for grammer on smart tv browser.

I just had the same issue today. The white box has been working for the last two years and suddenly its guving error 014.12. Can any one help. I have tried all the above.

Hi

I have had my white box for a while now but it wont connect to my wifi. Keep getting error code 014.12 message. WiFi is fine as all other devises are connected fine. Any ideas?

Disabeling the network pins didn't help. I have tried restarting box too
