error code 014

hi, ive tried everything i can think of but cant connect. keep getting error 014 . sorry for grammer on smart tv browser.

NOW TV have identified an issue causing this and have posted a message about it here

I'd suggest going to that post and clicking Topic Options>Subscribe (you need to be signed in to do this) and then you should get an email when there is any news.

 

In the meantime I'd recommend not doing anything to the box.

It is connecting to my wireless but not connecting to my local network

If it connects to your wireless then it's most likely communication on your network that is the problem not the Now TV box.

Once you have tried these steps and are on the menu page can you then try the steps in this link: http://bit.ly/Help-011

 

If you still have issues connecting to your network can you then please turn off your router and your NOW TV box?

It's not connecting to local network if emailed at first they were helpful but steps did not work now I get a reply every 4/5 days which is not helpful what so ever been going on for about 4 weeks don't no what to do tried a new box didn't work

Disable network ping, reset router, reset now box?

Now tv box works now had no problems since thanks

Still not working after try all those steps.
I don't have disable the pings button.
I reset as factory setting. It's not working at all now. Help!
