cant log on using my password or username

just got one one those free white now tv boxes and it keeps telling me that my user mane or password is wrong. I can log on with my pc so i know my account is active. No wonder there giving these things away they dont work. live chat was next to useless. going back to amazon prime, never had  problem with them.

Welcome to the forum. First try going to your My Account > My Passes pageon the website

 

https://account.nowtv.com/passes

 

and make sure it shows any free trials or passes you have (if it asks for your payment details you'll need to enter these as you need payment card on file for your box to work properly). If it does you're account should be fine.

 

Also if your password has any special characters change this to one with just letters or numbers.

 

Then on your box push a pin into the reset hole at the back and hold in until you see the box restart. Then try entering your username and password again.

Pass is active. I can watch on my pc or ps4. The box just wont have any of

And your password is only letters or numbers? If so, probably best to have a word with live chat as the box was sent out by NOW TV.
