Works on IPad but not nowtv boxes

Hi

Been using three white now tv boxes and my iPad to watch nowtv, no problems. I've got subscriptions that are active until end Dec for entertainment and movies.

Bought a new black box and added to the account, removing one of the old white ones.

Now, I can watch ok on the iPad but get incorrect password/username on any of the boxes. Have reset password but still not working. 

Can someone please fix my account?!

I'm sorry for the issues you have encountered when trying to sign into your NOW TV Boxes. 

Can you please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue? If you are, can you please let me know if you receive any error message at all?
