Wont load the now tv app on the now tv box

Hello,

My now TV box (white) isn't letting me open the now TV app it tries to load and then simply crashes and returns to the home menu. 

My box always has issues where it freezes itself and I have to power it down to fix it( this is daily). 

Please help I miss my now TV.

Thanks for posting.

When you say power down, have you just turned it off an on? It might be worth trying a hard reset using the steps here.
