Welcome to the forum.

Just checked and it seems to be working. Try starting at the following help page, then click the Contact Us button at the bottom of it, then click the Live Chat button

It's recommended to use a desktop or laptop, but you should be fine with a smartphone or tablet.

Hi Karl I have sent an email regards my credit  for box. I changed my mind and post office took back. I was  told I would be credited  within 28 days that was approx 9th Sept

Make sure you are clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of the following help page (not the How to Contact Us link at the bottom of this community page)

then you should see three options, one of which is live chat. If clicking that doesn't take you to live chat then you can click the email option instead and send an email to the Now TV team.

Or,you can just wait for a member of the NOW TV Team to pick up your message on here. You'll have to be patient though, it might take some time for the team to reply depending on how busy they are.
