White box!!!!!!

Would love  to know what NOWtv are going to do for the customers who bought white boxes in good faith, and are now forcing you to buy a stick, esp in tumes when money may be tight... I have bow broadbrand too so it leaves a bitter taste that Now tv have done this at this time 😡

Now TV have done a terrible job here. Bricking multiple devices and not offering to replace all of them is some of the worst buisness practice I have seen.

NowTV sent me one for free after making a complaint regarding this.

I've just had this message come up on my white box. Not my fault why should I have to pay out for a new one! I'm not happy!

The white box was decommissioned 3 months ago. 
If you have an Amazon Fire stick I highly recommend downloading the app there. 

All that Now TV staff would be able to for you is a discounted Now TV stick, which in my opinion is a poor device. 

Amazon Fire Stick has been highly successful compared to Now TV stick.

I too have just seen the message when I used the white NOWTV box for the first time since June 2020.

 

I have emailed NOWTV and their response was that they emailed all eligible customers to send them a replacement device.

 

I never received an email, but they have been happy to take my money for the last 5 months.

 

I have emailed them again to make a complaint but they are not responding.

 

worst customer service and complaints department ever.

 

I am now seeking legal advice and I am going to Offcom.

 

I would not recommend NOWTV to anyone.

Did you not notice the continued payments for Now TV coming off each month? 
Did you cancel your passes or is the payments not from your current Now TV account?
