White box wont connect to internet

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my box to work, used to work great on sky internet but changed to virgin a while ago and want to use my now tv box, it will connect to wirless network and local network but will not connect to internet, i have tryed all the "fixs" listed on here but none work. HELP

I have been happily using my White NOWTv box for ages and as of yesterday it stopped working. After using all the troubleshooting tips, I now am stuck at the box not connecting to internet. (From complete reset)  connects to wireless and local network but not internet even though all other devices will connect to internet.. Nothing has changed with my set up.

Depending on how long you've had your old NOW TV 'white' box it could have reached the end of its life
