Unsubscribe membership and remove card details

I'm also trying to do the same.. just remove my payment card details and quit this NowTV but there is no option to cancel the whole subscription. 

As per GDPR you should allow us to request to forget us.. remove all user details if user wishes to do so. 

I'm annoyed with this non existent customer service and this is cheating customers!

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
