Hi,
I've been texting to cancel my Now Tv movies pass for well over a week now before getting charged. It was a freebie voucher with a console buy and I don't intend on using the service any further at that price. I'm now getting alerts payment is trying to be taken and without having an way to now contact 'Now Tv' i'm worried they'll take payment anyway.
Every thread on this matter is at least two years old, if anybody could point in the right direction for a solution to this it would be great, thanks.

Normally cancelling at My Account/My passes works well for me
