When will this problem be fixed? It's been off all day. I had something to catch up on before work and now I can't watch it until I'm next off. Total unconvince. Why hasn't this been sorted sooner?
I hope everyone that's had this problem will get some sort of bill reduction. It's such a farse when this is the only form of tv streaming there is in my house
Don't expect a reply, obviously they think the initial statement is enough to let customers know that there is a problem, I'll be expecting my trial to be extended
