Hi, I too can not sign in to my now tv box server, but i can sign in to my account on my laptop through the nowtv website. its not recognising username/password. have reset Please advise

Hi Steven,

Sorry to hear this. Can you try rebooting the box and trying again for us. If that fails can you try changing your password please and see if that helps. Please re-post if you still have issues.
