Few days after the "fix" and still getting an error, meaning I can't activate my box.
Screen I'm on: Login Screen - password
What I'm trying to do: Activate the box
Error messages that appear: Sorry an unknown error occurred. Please reenter your username and password
Followed all instructions on this page, still no help

I bought a white box today which won't activate. I get the 'unknown error' message. I have tried all the suggestions in this thread.The box connects to the router and the box MAC address shows on the router address list. I can watch programmes on this laptop.
Here are the software details and the serial number
Version 076.01E05660A
Build Date 20150512 00:53

Please advise fix
