Few days after the "fix" and still getting an error, meaning I can't activate my box.
Screen I'm on: Login Screen - password
What I'm trying to do: Activate the box
Error messages that appear: Sorry an unknown error occurred. Please reenter your username and password
Followed all instructions on this page, still no help

Still cannot activate my second nowtv box.I have tried all the fixes including the latest posted 21/8/15
Cannot get past user name and password.I keep getting message "sorry,an unknown error occurred.please reenter your user name and password"
Has anyone managed to get past user name and password screen?
Had this box about 10 days and spent at least 4 hours trying to activate it.

I have received an email from Birgit asking if my box is now working, I still cannot get it to pass my login page.

Yes, I am still getting that message. I have tried all the advice your department have given and followed all the tips on the community postings with no effect.
the serial number of my box is.1MH381004361

Sorry to hear this issue is still occurring for you.
Can you just confirm that you have tries the troubleshooting steps for the 011 Error and tried them 3 or 4 times in a row?
