Software update failed

My now tv box was working fine then all of a sudden this evening it is showing "no information" on the home screen. I tired software update but it keeps failing. My network is fine. I switched off the box and router. I have reset the box and connects to network but software update keeps failing so cant get past that since resetting box. Any help welcome.

Hi @Anonymous User ;do you use the box to watch Now? If so do you need a white box due to your TV? If you have a HDMI port on your TV and are subscribed to Now your best solution may be to get a box with pass.
