Problem has now solved itself sky store has now come back after twice resetting the box

Which NowTV device do you own, white box, black box, smart Freeview box, smart 4K box or smart stick ?

Does the Sky Store App appear in the My Apps section and does it work instead of clicking on the Sky Store button on your remote ?

If the Sky Store App is not shown under My Apps on your nowtv device, does it show under the Apps Store and if so re install it again and see if you can access Sky Store via the App. 

Don't know why the Sky Store button on your remote is not working, could be a faulty or sticking button.
