Sky Sports not showing on Now TV box

I have bought a Sky Sports day pass and have a white NOW TV box. I can watch it online but Sky Sports isn't showing up on the NOW TV box. It's the first time I've used the box since moving house but have put in the internet code. How do I watch Sky Sports on TV?

Provided your 'white' box is logged into the same NOW TV account as your other other devices (and is still a registered device), all you should need to do is select the NOW TV app and navigate to 'Sports' and select the required channel...

How do I check if the box is logged in to the same account and the box is still registered?

@Anonymous User  to check you are logged in on same account,  on box go into the app and go to "my account".  Actually click to go in.  It will say you are logged in as "your user name"  It will also tell you if you have a pass or not.
