STOP lying NowTV

I raised a complaint re having to pay for replacements for my three white NowTV boxes, having only been offered one new free tv stick.

Why should I have to pay another £50 to replace my other two devices NowTV? Answer me that!

 

Each time I get a stock response from a non-NowTV email address (firstsource.com ?) which completely ignores my complaint and which states to respond to that email address with any follow up.

 

So far I have replied on four separate occasions asking for my complaint to be escalated, each time I have been ignored and then each time NowTV emails me to say they are  closing my complaint because I havent replied! 

 

I then have to start a new complaint because I cant reply or add to to the original complaint. Every time I have raised a new complaint I have made sure to cross reference my previous ones.

 

So stop lying, stop closing my complaints, do a long standing customer the simple courtesy of providing an answer to my original complaint!
