Remote issue

Same issue with black and white box. I have to leave 5 seconds between pressing a button. Have done a update and reset all but still nothing.

@Anonymous User do you get the say issue if you use the Roku app? If so try moving the angle of the box slightly.

No app on tele. Have moved box all over the place. Just doesn’t seem to work. I even took my old box and changed it over and that had the same issue.
