I have recieved a replacement eetv set top box , and am trying to resign into my now tv account , using my e=mail as my username as before . I have tried reseting my password abot 10 times , but I keep being told that niether my username or my password is recognised . Help

Do you have any non-alphanumeric characters in your password, e.g. &, @, <, >, etc., simply because the Now TV boxes, both black and white, has a tendency to find them problematic.
