Did you complete the setup for your account, including adding a valid payment card to your account and setting up your PINs? If not you will need to do that before you can use your NOW TV box. Following the instructions in this help article

Waste of money, can't set it up without a credit card ( which I refuse to have) so it's just an expensive book end. Save your money people and buy some air
