Can someone please explain how Now TV are not falsely advertising this service.

iam have trouble canceling. my now tvs say iv canceled but yet they are taking money out my bank from my credit card! witch i didnt even use!! they said it was free for so long and yet i cancel before it ended!?? i want my money back now!!

Welcome to the forum. 
Do you see your active pass when you go to your My Account > My Passes page?

http://account.nowtv.com/passes

If so, you should be able to click the cancel pass button and follow all the steps to cancel it.

If you don't see any active passes and you don't see any charges on your bills page

http://account.nowtv.com/bills

then you may be logged into the wrong account and the charges will be coming from a different account.
