If you go to the NowTV website with your internet browser and sign in, then click on My Account > My Passes on the right hand of the screen you will see the FAQ, click on "I think I have been over charged" where you should see a link for a request form to fill in and complete.
Alternatively you could contact live chat by opening the link page below and click on the drop down arrow below Anything else to reveal the live chat button.
