Over charged

Hi I currently have now TV and iv checked my bank and now TV and you have charged me for kids and entertainment where as I only have the cinema pass. So what's going on

If you go to the NowTV website with your internet browser and sign in, then click on My Account > My Passes on the right hand of the screen you will see the FAQ, click on "I think I have been over charged" where you should see a link for a request form to fill in and complete.

 

Alternatively you could contact live chat by opening the link page below and click on the drop down arrow below Anything else to reveal the live chat button.
