We have recently returned to Now TV after taking a few months away. I cannot say I am particularly impressed by the numerous errors we keep getting but the fact it has now stopped working although has now got me quite annoyed and frustrated. Our broadband connection is absolutely fine and up until this point we haven't had many issues (albeit a few very minor issues) with Now TV - it's just since we rejoined. With this in mind, as a rejoining customer, I cannot say I am particularly impressed with the service. You have a disappointed customer Now TV.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems again. Would you be able to elaborate on what's happening when you try to use the box? are you just getting a black screen? is the box no responding? do you see any kind of error messages?
