Do you get error code 14? If you do then you can try the following which may resolve the problem:

Using the Now TV box remote, press the following buttons in order:

Home Button 5 times
FF 1 time
Play 1 time
RW 1 time
Play 1 time
FF 1 time

In the menu that appears select 'Disable network pings'

My Now TV box wouldn't connect to my bt home hub 3 router, got error code 014. Tried disable network pings, didn't work for me. Had to go into my advanced settings, you need port forwarding option, find your device and click apply. Worked a treat...

@Anonymous User Can you clarify exactly which port forwarding options you used please? i.e. which "Game or application" service did you choose for the Now TV device?

Thanks,

Mike

Can you give details of what you did here?

On the NowTV WIFI 2 I had separated the 2.4 and 5Ghz into separate SSID ( you see them separately on a scan)- I had DisBled Network Pings using the secret menu and that had not worked

https://help.nowtv.com/article/error-code-014-now-tv-box

I merged the 2,4GHZ and 5GHZ back to one SSID and it worked immediately after a reboot.

How do you get into advanced settings

You would be best to speak with your Internet provider @Anonymous User as the process does vary dependant on router, or have a look on your providers website.

Thanks
