I have done all of the previous advice, pressed the buttons, disabled then enabled. Reset the box and still nothing.
Can someone help me with this?

What device?
if a Stick, try a Factory Reset by holding the button on the side in for 20 seconds while it is powered up.
If still no go, reset your Router.

The post to which you respond clearly stated it was a box not a stick. As I am having the same issue with both white and black boxes, a valid resolution from someone would be appreciated. The boxes were working fine until around 3pm on 29 September 2020, and from around an hour later I have been unable to connect either white or black boxes.
