Now tv box has frozen completely

I purchased a now tv smart box from Tesco direct 1 month and half ago and it has frozen the odd time but this morning it has now frozen completely and I am unable to use is. I have unplugged and reset it more than once and still no luck. I called Tesco from where I purchased the box and was advised to get help via this forum. Please help.

Its a problem with now tv , everyone has the same issue. They are working on the issue and have said we should all be up and running soon
