Now box stuck on home screen

Hello. My Now box is stuck on the home screen (with left hand list home, best of catch up, my apps etc..)
I have followed your troubleshooting check list on the Now website including resetting box but it's still stuck on home screen. Help!!

Same here, thought the box had died so did hard reset, updated software and still the same issue. Plugged in an old box which worked from the outset, updated software and apps and exactly the same thing so I assume it's a software issue!
What to do next though?

Interestingly I've just looked on Facebook and I can see a few posts suggesting a cyber attack so it might be beyond our control!

I had this today and frozen screen. First I tried a hard reset. Didn't work then I heard might be a now tv problem. So left it a few hours .still no luck. So I read some one saying unplug the now TV box from wall then re plug and they presto I've got it back. Try it .worth a go. Worked for me
