Now TV box won't connect

We connect to the internet and we get a tick for your wireless network but a cross in your local network

What is the make and model of your Router ?

I don't own a Virgin Router, but just try following each step on my pervious post link starting from the top with the disable network pings in the box hidden secret menu.

@Anonymous User try 5ghz if that doesn't work check-in the admin page of your router it doesn't restrict devices.

I believe @Anonymous User is using the white nowtv box which only works on the 2.4ghz wifi band ?

 

@Anonymous Userare you using the white nowtv box for clarification ?

 

Also double check in your Router settings that the 2.4ghz option hasn't been switching off (here is a help guide link for the Virgin Hubs, just click on the version photo that you own for more instructions).
