Now TV box has 4 spinning circles FOREVER

My NowTV box has what looks like a new firmware load and it no longer works. When I try to watch a movie I get 4 spinning circles FOREVER.

 

What do I do other than cancel.

 

I have done a factory resset and an android tablet, on wifi, at the same location works perfectly. Is the box bust?

I now have the 4 spining balls.

 

I'm connected via cat5 from router to pc, every OTHER web site works, including Netflix, the problem appears to be at Now TV. 

 

Even posting this took up to 30 seconds.

This has just happened to me in the middle of an episode of Deadwood. Apparently, despite paying money to connect to the internet, via NOW TV, my internet is not able to connect to the internet. That's amazing because my phone can, and so can other things that aren't on NOW TV. I knew I was a massive mug to get involved with anything related to Sky again and yet I did it anyways. Fool me once and all that. Not nice feeling like G Dubya though. Far from the mightiest of booshes. Sort it out or I'm off.
