Now TV Box not working

Three nights in a row now. Only get message oops something went wrong here  we are working on it. Is this a permanent situation or is the box eventually going to work? Need to know because am paying to watch the message at the moment.

It appears my problem is endemic. 

THE NOW TV BOX IS FULL OF GLITCHES, JUST READ THE ABOVE MESSAGES.from many unhappy customers.

ive tried to connect the now tv box to 2 seperate networks without any success. 

Always says error 014

I consider it called a scam and fraud.

My box has been working just right with no issues what so ever the last few days. One very happy custome here!

 

Do a full factory restet on your router... Do a full factory reset on the now tv box... When setting up wireless on your router, make sure you select WPA2 AES encryption. Once you router is setup continue to setup your Now TV box. (Make sure you reset via the pin hole on the back! There is a difference.)

 

Error code 014 means the Roku cannot ping the router. Check your router settings to make sure LAN side pings are enabled.

 

If that don't work then maybe the Now TV box you have is faulty.

Yes its a possabilility,my box is faulty.

but it must have been part a large consignment of faulty now tv boxes.

As im clearly one of many with this 014 error code problem.

Not really, think you will find most got theirs working after tweaking a setting or two.

 

Google the issue only brings up 3 or 4 searches.

Yea although I'm not sure you are! You just seem to want to just rant. You post limited information other than done that or it don't work!

 

If it don't work send it back for a refund or replacement, hardly a scam. 

 

Edit: I'm starting to get the impression your just trolling so I won't waste my time offering you any more advice. I'm going to enjoy a cold beer while watching MR Bean on Sky Movies via my Now TV box.
