Where is the customer service when you actually need it. Obviously there is a problem that we are unable to rectify. Now TV are having our money for passes but are not concerned that we are not receiving the services we have paid for. No messages apologising for the issues or recompense!
I have the same issue on the new box I bought 2 months ago but the older box is working fine ! Hard reset twice and still nothing 😡 .. how can it be a problem there end when my one box is working fine
