Now TV Box is not working AGAIN!!

Surprise, surprise...once again my Now TV box is not working.

I turn the box on, and it is frozen at the home screen, which says NOW TV.

I have tried resetting it, which did not help.

Yesterday I left it on the home screen for about 3 hours, and then it suddenly started to work.  I used the remote control once it had started working so I know the remote is working.

AS soon as I turned it off, and then back on again...it froze once again.

 

Every week I seem to be having problems with the box, it is becoming a joke now!!

That's really frustrating and I am so sorry that you're having this issue.

 

We really appreciate that you've tried resetting your NOW TV box, please can you try the following steps as this should help resolve the issue:

 

1. Disconnect all cables from the back of the NOW TV box

2. Press a pin in the RESET hole and hold down for 15 seconds.

3. Reconnect all the cables

4. Set-up the box again.

 

Also, please can you re-boot your internet router to stabilise a better connection.

 

If this doesn't work for you, then please do get back in touch.

I have tried this numerous times, and still nothing.

Now when I restart the box it asks me to reset up and log into wifi again.  As soon as this is done it restarts automatically and returns to the frozen screen.

Have you tried changing your Wifi channel?

I have tried all of this and nothing is working.
I have no problems with my TV, or internet connection.
It is just the Now TV box that is not working, and freezing on the home
screen.

I'm very sorry this issue is ruining your NOW TV experience. We want to get you up and running again. Is this your first and only box? 

 

Are you getting any error message, code when it freezes? Have you had any issues with other devices when trying to view NOW TV?
