No subtitles available

Recently bought the new NOW Tv box to find NO subtitles available at all. Yet there's an option to turn them on. This NOW Tv box has now become useless to me, as I've got hearing problems. Utterly disappointed & angry. I have Netflix too & every single programme has subtitles option. So won't be using NOW Tv now. Very very poor.

Unfortunately the now tv service does not currently offer subtitles on any of their supported devices. Hopefully one day now tv will have them

Also just bought the new NOW Tv box to find no Subtitles available at all. This NOW Tv box has now become useless to me, as I've got hearing problems. Very disappointed and especially when official Now TV workers say it is being worked on. I have NetfliX with subtitles option.  So will have to seriously consider not continuing with my NOW Tv subscription. I would not have purchased if the subtitles issue had been upfront knowledge to me.
