No sound from now tv

I've tried all of advice, switch off and on, disable the screensaver, unplug the cables. Still no sound and it worked earlier!?! Please help! Kids are gutted! Its a black box and I have a smart TV not an old one!

Hi! Thanks for advice but it hasn't worked, I reset it and now it won't let me sign back in!! 😠🙈 kids have fell asleep they've waited so long! I've even reset password and its still saying wrong password!

@Anonymous User A silly question but have you checked if your TV is on mute? (It is easily done.)

😁 yes I checked the volume on TV and mute and even volume on now TV settings! 🙈 I will try again tomorrow as I've gave up for tonight! Thanks for your help anyway!
