Hi - I've not used my NowTV box in a while. I tried to connect it this evening, while the white line is on, the TV isn't reconising the signal - it' sas if nothign is plugged into the HDMI Port. Have tried alternative cables and ports but to no avail. Any help woul dbe greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting.
When you click the NOW TV remote and point it at the box does the light on the front respond?
You could try a hard reset of the box - here's a link that explains how to do that.

Thanks for the response, no the box doesn't seem to respond to the remote control, the light remains constant.
Will try to reset it and see what happens.

If you disconnect and reconnect the NOW TV boxes power cord do you see anything on your TV screen @Anonymous User
