@Anonymous User trials are only 14 days and available for entertainment £7.99, cinema £9.99 and kids £2.99 passes. Which did you sign up for? £20 is unusual amount unless you signed up for sports which did have an offer on that was £20 per month for a certain period. Sports pass doesn't come with a free trial. You could try chat but depending on what pass you chose and how long you signed up for and importantly how long you watched for they may limit any refund.
