My5 not streaming

Hi, for the last week or so, I haven’t been able to watch My5 on my Now TV box (white), when I try to watch My5 on demand or My5 app, I have a message that says “sorry we are experiencing some problems, please reset the app” I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and have checked everything is up to date and it is, I have also tried the old unplug and restart but still no joy, has anyone got any ideas on what I can do to watch My5

I'd make three suggestions:

Factory re set your box.

 

Contact Channel 5 for technical help- NOW TV only host the app, C5 are responsible for development etc.

 

Consider upgrading your device, the white boxes are very old in terms of firmware and they'll only ever struggle now delivering apps meant for higher spec devices.
