My nowtv bix is continually resetting

Hi i have had my now tv box around 9 or 10 months today it is continually resetting and will not connect to my internet.
We have tried the trouble shooting of press home button 5 time. Ff 3 times rwind 2 then ok yhis did absolutely nothing.
We cannot even get on to settings to try to reestablish the internet connection and do not have a cable long enough to hard wire it.

Please can someone help

I'd suggest going to that post and clicking Topic Options>Subscribe (you need to be signed in to do this) and then you should get an email when there is an update.
